Denise will guide you to meditative state, exhaling what does not serve you! With deep breath, opening the chest, inhale as you set your beautiful intentions. Mesmerize your Chakras with the frequencies that sing to each of them individually. Indulge in the healing frequencies of Crystal Sound Bowls accented with a beautiful variety of sound healing instruments.
Please bring a mat/or variation, pillow, and blanket.
*Please come hydrated and plan on drinking plenty of water after session.
*Cost for Sound healing session is by donation. Please donate as you feel and can.
